Life for the nomadic Afar people of Ethiopia is hard. Drought often threatens their very survival. Meeting basic health needs is difficult and many children die young.
Your much-needed donation will help provide primary health care, literacy programmes, and women's empowerment through the Afar Pastoralist Development Association (APDA), which was established by Australian nurse Valerie Browning and her husband Ismael Ali Gardo.
